Exchange and Returns Policy
Avoid any problems with your purchase, when placing your order, pay attention to:
- the description and technical data sheet of the product;
- the voltage of the product (check if it corresponds to the region where it will be used);
- the color of the product (some products have assorted colors and the photo on the website is for illustration purposes only);
- the dimensions of the product (check that there is space to mount the product where it will be installed).
Upon receipt of the product, refuse receipt and contact Customer Service if you notice any of the following situations:
- product damaged in transport;
- tampered packaging;
- missing accessories or items;
- product not in accordance with the order;
- lack of tax document or discrepancy between the description of the tax document and the product received.

Devolution
(a) are carried out by contacting Customer Service within 7 (seven) calendar days after receiving the product;
(b) the merchandise will be returned to the Martinato group in its original packaging (internal and external), without having been used and with the manual/accessories that accompany it, always with the 1st copy of the sales tax document.
If the product has been received, follow the procedures indicated above for withdrawal, paying attention to the period of 7 (seven) days from the date of receipt.
Defective product
Within a period of up to 90 (ninety) calendar days from receipt of the product, the exchange/return procedure will follow the provisions of the Consumer Protection Code.
